We are deeply grateful for the exceptional service provided by Louise at Mount Vernon Sanctuary@GB. Her calm and reassuring demeanor made us feel at ease as she expertly showed us the facilities and managed our expectations. The welcoming decor exceeded our expectations, and our visitors were so comfortable that they lingered longer than usual.We are thoroughly impressed with the thoughtful design of the family private room, shower facilities, and smart TV. Although there were some minor issues with the sound system and WiFi, Louise promptly addressed them, demonstrating her dedication to excellence.The safe deposit box was a wonderful surprise, giving us peace of mind and freedom to focus on other things without worrying about our condolences money.Overall, we are sincerely thankful for the outstanding services provided by Louise and the exceptional facilities at Mount Vernon Sanctuary@GB. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence have made a difficult time much easier for us.

Really appreciate all the help rendered by the team to ensure the event was smooth. The high ceilings made the hall feel spacious. We also appreciate the clean toilets and family resting room.

A big thanks to Kent and his team for ensuring that everything worked well within the hall. We particularly liked the high ceilings and family room as we could manage the kids with some privacy. The hall was also well equipped with a PA system, mics, mic and music stands to facilitate funeral services. A fridge for cold drinks as well as a coffee and hot drinks machine was also part of the package. Kent was very helpful with the background music selection and looping of photos on the screen. Whatever we needed, we just needed to ask. We were well supported over the few days there. Thanks!

Thank you to Kent and his team for the support to our family. The parlour is really cozy with high ceilings, private family room with sofa and bathroom facility. Free parking just outside the parlour makes all very convenient. Nice PA system too. Thank you.

Hall has high ceiling, spacious and pleasant environment. Good amenities with Spotify premium account for the sound system, use of safe, fridge, family room etc.Staff are helpful, especially Kent Cheah, who help us resolve matters. Cleaner is also helpful.

We had managed to book the Hall 2 room from 05 Feb to 8 Feb 23. The place is nice and has a very cozy ambience. It is just a 5 mins walk from Geylang Bahru MRT station. It comes with good and well maintained facilities. It provides a safe deposit box for the contribution money. It also provides a Nescafe coffee machine that allows us to offer additional drinks for our guests such as tea, milo, and various coffee types like mocha, cappuccino, latte, black coffee, and white coffee. The toilet is clean and there is an attached shower area as well. On top of this, there is also 1 family room that comes with sofa cum coffee table meant for immediate family members to utilize. All areas come with cctv except family room. You just simply lock the main door and inner lock the hall door plus clear the contents in family room and money from safe box will do every day. And you are good to go. There is no need to worry about and everything is fuss free. Thanks Mount Vernon for your excellent services! Highly recommended! Thumbs up!
